I was not able to use the 'square' layout of the second example because there are five members in the group, so I tried a different shape.

Possible Inspirations for book page templates
So here are some concept sketches of Loewy's ideas. Both of these were never produced, although a concept version of the pencil sharpener was made and sold for over 80,000. You can see the correlation between Loewy's interest in streamlining and the concepts that he had. The pencil sharpener is even reminiscent of jet engine.

Project 4: Raymond Loewy
I ended up choosing Raymond Loewy because when I was browsing through each designer, I was drawn by Loewy's design which seemed to focus on streamlining and aerodynamics which is what I'm most interested in, or find pleasing to look at in design. I also put a picture of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) along with Raymond Loewy because their appearances are so similar to each other. Ironically, not only was Loewy a revolutionary designer who shaped the 20th century, but he also studied engineering, had a charismatic personality, and is characterized by some sources to have a play-boy attitude, much like how Tony Stark is portrayed in the comics.
Final Vessel
I think the vessel turned out great, especially the roof which I was most proud of since it took so long, and ultimately ended up becoming what I had envisioned in the ideation process. The only regrets that I have about the contraction of my vessel was the 'fit and finish' of the final pieces. Some gaps ended up being too large, which shows a bit in the final construction.
Final Ideations for Glass Ferrari
This is ultimately what the vessel ended up looking like.
A common theme amongst all of these ideations is that they involve some kind of curve in the structure, and focused heavily on displaying the car positioned in such a way that resembled a car turning on a banked turn. That was the biggest aspect of the vessel that I wanted to carry through to the final vessel. I chose to make my vessel mimic a showroom which is why it is boxed shaped.
Ideas for Vessels for the three chosen objects.
Vessel intended to be built for the pen. The pen already has a nice case, so I decided that it would be a little redundant to construct a vessel for it.
Out of the three objects, the glass Ferrari was the only object not to have a vessel, or a case for it. This a big reason why I ultimately chose the glass Ferrari as my final object.
Like the pen, the pilot's badge is already incased in a picture frame so building a vessel would be somewhat redundant in my opinion.
Three Objects for "Vessel" Project
A pilot badge given to me by an A-10 pilot.
A glass model of a Ferrari F-40; one of the all time greatest super cars in history.
A pen given to me by my dad who had the pen given to him by the mayor of Seoul, Korea for his good work.
